Learn how to record your Macbook screen. The Macbook has a built in screen recorder that I'm showing you how to use. How To Screen Record On Macbook : Step 1: Open the Screen recorder application as shown in the video Step 2: Choose whether you want to record the whole screen or just a portion. Step 3: Choose where you want your screen recording saved Step 4: Select the Microphone you want to use if you want to screen record with external audio Step 5: Click on 'Record' to start your screen recording. Step 6: When you're done, stop recording as shown in the video. You can use this method to screen record on any Macbook that's not too old. It will work with Macbook air and Macbook pro. You can Edit screen recordings in your preferred video editor. When you record your Macbook screen, the resolution of the screen recording will match your display resolution. QuickTime player is one of the easier and fastest ways to record your computer screen. I’ll show you exactly how to record your screen using Quicktime player on a Mac desktop or laptop. But there is one thing that is a little hard to do with Quicktime player and that is recording internal audio. If you want to capture audio from a video playing on your computer or gameplay audio, you’ll have to do a couple of more things that I wanted to cover in this video. For simple screen recording, open the QuickTime player on your computer. Go to File and choose screen recording. You can choose to record the entire screen or just a selected portion. You can choose a save location and you can also choose a different microphone for better sound quality. If you want to record internal audio, you need a plugin for QuickTime. 🤍 Once you install this, open the Audio MIDI setup. Press plus on the Botton and choose to create the aggregate device. You can name this QuickTime player audio. Check on Blackhole and if you want to record your talking at the same time, also check on the built-in microphone or another mic. Then create another one with the multi-output device and label it screen recording with audio. Choose both build-in output and Blackhole 16ch. Make sure build-in audio is selected and on top, so you can hear yourself. The last thing is to go to system preference and go-to sound. For output, choose a screen recorder with audio. Go back to Quicktime and choose QuickTime player audio as a microphone option. Now when you record your screen, it will also record internal audio. There are several ways to record a screen on a Mac. And this works on iMac, Macbook, Macbook Pro, and Macbook Air regardless of the age of the computer. The easier option is using Quicktime Player which is an app installed on every Mac. Simply open QuickTime and select file and screen recording. You can choose to record a portion of your screen or your entire screen. Once your select the screen recording, you'll need to select a microphone. By default, it's set to build in Microphone.
